In this video we’ll show you the essential steps for setting up and managing products and services in field service capabilities for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Some things, like adding the physical items and labor your field agents use, you’ll handle by managing your product catalog and price lists. Others the system automatically does for you, like estimating products and services needed to complete the work, updating inventory based on work order status, and invoicing for what was used. By using the field service mobile app’s powerful product inventory feature, you can track inventory for all of your warehouses, including the vehicles that your field agents use to complete their work orders. We'll cover all of these things and more in this brief video.
